Tomás Lemos is COO of PixableSoft, bringing nearly two decades of experience across operations, technology, and digital delivery. Before joining Pixablesoft, he led complex global programs and cross-functional teams at G&Co and R/GA, overseeing strategy, delivery, financial performance, and client relationships. At Pixablesoft, he focuses on building the systems and practices that turn ambitious ideas into scalable execution.
I've been passionate about technology since childhood. My IT journey began early with network administration, programming, and web development. Over the years, I've worked in various roles, from system administration to backend/frontend development, utilizing technologies like React, Node.js, PHP, ASP, and .NET. I've contributed to startups, corporate environments, and freelancing projects, with a focus on building scalable systems and efficient applications.
